Both Jenny and Dave, your hosts at Heartland Meadows, have walked their own healing journeys using the very tools and protocols they now share with others. Jenny’s path through PTSD, ulcerative colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis – and Dave’s experience with multiple sclerosis—have given them firsthand insight into the complexity of chronic illness, as well as the profound hope that comes with true, sustainable healing. While they don’t make bold claims or offer quick fixes, what they do offer is wisdom grounded in personal transformation, clinical knowledge, and deep compassion.
